After the phenomenon of hidden bars, the trend of hidden restaurants has been showing up for several months in Paris. Among them is Bidoche.
Les Résistants is more than a simple restaurant : it is about 120 local producers who are commited in a sustainable agriculture or mancraft and who supply this ethical restaurant since 2017 with fresh and healthy products.
As friend and I were supposed to go to a tikki bar in the vibrant area of SoPI, we are immediately attracted by the gorgeous front of the restaurant Maison Lautrec : large windows through which you can see a warm and lush setting inspired from art-deco design : marble tables, velvet bar stools.
