Les Résistants is more than a simple restaurant : it is about 120 local producers who are commited in a sustainable agriculture or mancraft and who supply this ethical restaurant since 2017 with fresh and healthy products.
The design is very pleasant: a rough decoration with a tropical theme, wicker furniture, a big central wood table, hanging plants. Everything is designed here to feel comfortable.
Products are extra fresh. Thus, the menu options are short (2 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts). We were recommanded to take starter, main course and dessert as the quantity were not so big. That wasn’t the case : we ordered oysters, squash soup, then the main course : blood sausage for me. Everything was nicely cooked.
Our hunger were totally satisfied ! I really appreciat this restaurant, their commitment. I went there several times and I was never disappointed ! Products are quality and tasty !
