I am from Brittany and have been loyal to one other créperie for 17 years.Given the very good reviews about this new creperie and cider bar, I decided to test this new place.
I wasn’t disappointed.

We ordered first  ham and cheese buckwheat wraps, salmon buckwheat wrap with dill. The starters were very tasty (I would have appreciated less dill on the wraps).

Then, the main course : the buckwheat pancake. I ordered Paulette : chicken tajine bites, grilled eggplant, cheese, céleriac chips and almonds. It was great. The candied lemon ehanced the flavour of the chicken.

The hard cider Cuvee XII paired perfectly this pancake. Cette galette était accompagnée d’un excellent cidre brut, Cuvée XII.

As regards the dessert, I ordered the Nicole wheat pancake : a homemade salted butter Caramel pancake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

I recommend this new creperie and hope that the menu will often change because there are chance that I can be tired of getting the same pancakes as the short card.
